Respite Care

The Respite Committee has been serving up to seventeen individuals (clients) at Martin Luther Church once a month with some very ambitious projects. Laura Beall led a project including moss and violets with greenery, Mary Scott Chesnut and Janet Wedower led the creation of centerpieces which included pumpkins, mosses, fall leaves and turkey feathers, and Erble Creaseman and Katie Link led a Christmas themed arrangement.   Each month the committee also leads the clients in 'seasonal' Bingo games and awards prizes and small treats to the winners.
